Vintage ‘velvet & leopard’ blouse/jacket

This garment works as both a jacket and a blouse. It has velvet fabric with leopard print patches in the background and a textured gold outline around the flowers and leaves. 

This garment measures up to 42” bust and is best fit up to size 14.
