This is so unique! It has a collar with a ribbon tie bow and the bodice section is lined with a jacket section sewn into the dress. There are cords around the waist which cinch the waistline in and the material is all textured too. The bust on this dress measures up to 38” bust and measures 26”-30” elasticated waist. This garment is best fit size 8/10.
