Vintage 90s velvet blouse

This is an amazing midnight blue velvet blouse. It catches the light beautifully and such a wonderful deep shade of blue.

The buttons go down past the waist and then is free-flowing over the hips with two slits at the side of the blouse to add more movement to the fabric. 

This garment measures 42” bust and is best fit up to size 12.
